All custom pieces are made to order. Shipping times vary based on design complexity and current workload.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — I am not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues

Flat‑Rate International & Extended U.S. Shipping

• $45 — Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and the United Kingdom

Additional note:

Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each piece is custom‑made, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right.

Cancellations are only accepted before work has begun on your custom piece.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email me with photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours.

I will work with you to replace the item when possible.

Lost packages must be handled through the shipping carrier, but I will assist however I can.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information (name, email, address, photos, etc.) is used only to create and deliver your custom order.

I do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Photos you provide for custom work are used solely for your order unless you give written permission for me to share them.

Custom Artwork Disclaimer

All custom pieces are handcrafted and may include natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture.

These variations are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
